I am having trouble registering my student?
All you need is your student's lastname and StudentID to quickly register. If you do not have the StudentID number, you can provide your street number and the students name and grade to find your student in the database. If you are still having trouble, press the Online Chat Support or call the district and verify your address on record. The District will need to make address changes that will then replicate into the website the following day. Ask for your student's ID at that time.

How long does it take for my deposit to credit to my student's account?
Deposits are added immediately to the database, but will not post to the school's accounting system until 5:00 AM. All funds deposited and approved will be available for use after that.

Why can't I see my student's account balance?
Account balances are updated every day at 4:00pm. Your correct balance should be shown after that time.

How do I get a refund for a deposit that I made?
Funds are transferred immediately when the transaction is confirmed. To receive a refund for the money deposited into your student's account, please contact the school. Transaction fees will not be refunded if a refund is requested.
