Security Policies

I. Agreement of Use
Please read this agreement carefully as it affects your rights. By accepting the terms of this agreement, it indicates that you have read and agree to the service and use of EatSchoolLunch.com for the purpose of prepayment for School Lunch or other related fees. This agreement is between the User ("you", "your"),the service provider EatSchoolLunch.com("Provider") and St. Vrain Valley School District("District"). By accepting this agreement you consent to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth.

II. Goods and Services
EatschoolLunch.com is provided by the the District for the convenience of depositing funds into your student's account with the district. Account Balances are displayed for convenience only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. All deposits will update immediately through this service. It can take up to 48 hours for the deposit to reflect in your student's school account. Please plan accordingly. If account indicates inactive, account balances will not be displayed. Once a deposit is made through this service, current balances will be displayed. If the balance increases without a deposit through the service, the student account will be marked inactive. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

III. Privacy and Security
The Provider receives student data from the District to provide a safe and convenient method for student registration. Any address or other information changes must be made through the district. Changes will be updated with the Provider within 24 hours. The Provider will not share or distribute any information with any outside companies or inquiries except where required by law.

IV. Policy of Payments
All deposited funds are paid directly to the District from your account. The provider does not transfer or handle the funds in your behalf. Deposit questions or discrepencies should be handled directly with the district

V. Fees
You may be required to pay a small fee for the use of these services. The fee is the same whether you use a credit card, debit card, personal check, or business check and is not based on the amount or manner of payment. The fee is assessed to maintain this service and is provided to the District to help offset costs.

VI. Refunds
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the services provided by the Provider, you will work with the district or your student's school. Any refunds will be based on your student's account balance with the school. Funds moved from one school to the other will need to be handled by the district.

VII. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE PROVIDER ARE DONE SO ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WRITTEN OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES OR ERROR FREE ACCESS. INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROVIDER IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE.
